Technical Excellence, Genuine Care
Built on decades of technical expertise in the premium automotive market, our team brings experience directly to the workshop. By pairing advanced diagnostic capabilities with meticulous servicing and thorough safety inspections, we deliver the exact precision and care your vehicle needs, right here in the Hunter Region.
A Pragmatic Approach to Modern Automotive
Autohaus Newcastle was founded out of a commitment to bring genuine customer service back to the rapidly changing automotive industry.
What began in 2022 as Patingo Werkes—a sole-trader mobile service providing after-hours diagnostics and minor repairs—evolved alongside growing demand into a workshop officially established in 2026.
Today, we combine quality parts, advanced diagnostics, and technical expertise to deliver an uncompromising standard of workmanship for most vehicles, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and Maserati etc. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, our approach is pragmatic. We eliminate upselling and guesswork in favour of honest, realistic recommendations that keep your vehicle performing at its best, providing a fair and trusted experience for every customer who passes through our doors.
